Upon arrival be introduced to a coach who will learn about you what you'd like to achieve. You'll be able to get to know us and ask any questions you may have.


2. Move

You'll enjoy a personal coaching session where we make strength training simple and tailored to the level you are at right now.


3. Map

We'll sit back down and draw up a personalised roadmap to your fitness goals.

We understand that starting a new fitness routine can cause anxiety.


Whether it's fear of getting hurt, not knowing what you're doing, or not being able to keep up, we've got you covered.

Everyone starts out with personal coaching until they are ready.

2. graduate to group

Now you're moving like a pro, it's time to sit back down together and map out phase two of your personal fitness roadmap.


You can graduate to our group classes and meet your fellow Iron Lovers, continue with personal coaching, or a hybrid of the two.
