What to bring with you

  • Water bottle.

  • Comfortable clothing to train in

  • Ideally shoes with a flat, incompressible sole. Think Converse All Stars, Vans, or Vivobarefoot. Most running shoes have foam that is squashy and unstable for lifting. You’re also good to go barefoot or in socks.

Parking

We’re set back from the street in the car park opposite Black Brick Gardens.

You can park in any of the uncovered bays, subject to availability. It’s a mixed use car park and sometimes the bays fill up. Thanks for understanding. If the bays are full, you can park on Hope Street round the corner.
